Everly Emerging provides career guidance, coaching, and professional development support intended to help individuals navigate the early stages of their careers. While we strive to provide thoughtful advice, tools, and strategies that may support professional success, we cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Participation in coaching sessions does not guarantee job offers, promotions, compensation increases, or other employment results. Career outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including individual effort, market conditions, employer decisions, and other external variables.
By using our services, you acknowledge that coaching is advisory in nature and that you remain solely responsible for your career decisions, actions, and outcomes.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
• Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your coaching session ** Not sure we need this?
• Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled session time.
• If a session is canceled on the same business day as the scheduled session, Everly Emerging reserves the right to retain 50% of the session fee.
• No-shows or missed sessions without notice are considered forfeited and are not eligible for a refund.
• Once a coaching session has taken place, the session fee is non-refundable.
• If Everly Emerging must cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund for that session.
